SubSearch is not affiliated with OnlyFans or any other third-party platforms mentioned on our site. We are an independent directory service.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Types: We offer two types of accounts:

• User Accounts: For browsing and favoriting creator profiles
• Creator Accounts: For content creators who wish to be listed on our platform

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use SubSearch. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Creator Content Guidelines

4.1 Content Standards: All content uploaded to SubSearch must be:

• Safe for work (SFW) - No nudity or explicit content
• Non-offensive and respectful
• Legally owned or properly licensed by you
• Free from watermarks of competing platforms

4.2 Content Violations: Content that violates these guidelines may result in reduced visibility, removal, or account suspension.

4.3 Profile Accuracy: Creators must provide accurate information about themselves and their content. Impersonation or fraudulent profiles are strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload explicit, pornographic, or adult content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots) without permission
• Scrape or harvest user data
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Spam or send unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload to SubSearch. By uploading content, you grant SubSearch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

6.2 Our Content: All content, features, and functionality of SubSearch (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by SubSearch and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Pricing and Payments

7.1 Free Service: Basic creator listings are provided free of charge.

7.2 Partner Program: Our Partner Program operates on a commission basis for new subscribers acquired through SubSearch. Specific terms and rates are provided upon enrollment in the program.

7.3 SubSpike: SubSpike is a premium service offering custom branded websites. Terms and pricing are provided separately for this service.

8. Third-Party Links

SubSearch contains links to third-party websites and services (including OnlyFans and social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. You access them at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SubSearch does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUBSEARCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
